The JNTU Kakinada Engineering College batch of 1979-83 conducted a reunion in a unique manner. The group of 50 alumni along with their spouses came together at Sunray resorts from 28th to 30th December. While they spent quality time with their batchmates and relived old memories, they also made good use of this time to talk about social causes and discussed the roles that they could play.

Sriram Nadiminti spoke to the gathering about the NGO and its various activities. Social issues were discussed and many members of the audience expressed interest in participating in BCTs efforts.

For the cultural activity, students of the BCT Residential school gave a memorable performance of the folk arts.

Mementos handed out to the alumni included Etikoppaka toys which were packed in a bag designed and stitched at the BCT garment unit. Truly, a special occasion that paves the way for social development.
